This is a similar package to [https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/1281 ticket 1281].
There is a -wine subpackage that is only built in ix86 because it BR's wine-devel. However, this time the -wine subpackage is required by the main package. In other words, the main package is useless on an x86_64 machine without the ix86 -wine subpackage.

I think that this is already done.
