#966 include Samba prefork code in SSSD build system

With some modifications (includes files) it is possible to compile and link the prefork code on it's own. However we need to make it part of SSSD build process.


I started this ticket, because I'm not super familiar with autotools and generating Makefiles and want to track this task.
