#528 Failure to close varargs

From Coverity:

Initializing va_list "ap".
   67    va_start(ap, format);
   68
   69    ret = vasprintf(&s, format, ap);
At conditional (1): "ret < 0" taking the true branch.
   70    if (ret < 0) {
   71        /* ENOMEM */
va_end was not called for "ap".
   72        return;
   73    }

This error appears in both the krb5_locator_plugin's debug_fn() and selinux.c's sss_semange_error_callback() function.
