#367 Use SRV records for failover

Instead of using an explicitly defined list of servers use SRV records per domain to find right servers for a domain.

Doc notes

- most of the information is in `sssd-ldap`, `sssd-krb5` and `sssd-ipa` manual pages in the section "SERVICE DISCOVERY"
- in general, if the option which specifies the server to connect to for the specific domain (`ldap_uri`, `krb5_kdcip`, ...) is not specified, the backed uses service discovery automatically
- please note that the default value with ldap_uri option omitted is no longer "ldap://localhost" but "Use service discovery"
- the LDAP provider allows to specify the dns service name via config option - see `ldap_dns_service_name`
