#3306 infopipe: List* with limit = 0 returns 0 results

Design page states "limit: maximum number of entries returned, 0 means unlimited or to maximum allowed number" [[BR]]

Steps to reproduce:

# dbus-send --system --print-reply  --dest=org.freedesktop.sssd.infopipe /org/freedesktop/sssd/infopipe/Users org.freedesktop.sssd.infopipe.Users.ListByName string:"*" uint32:"0"

Actual result:

method return time=1486479563.699655 sender=:1.1310 -> destination=:1.1309 serial=5 reply_serial=2
   array [
   ]

Expected result:

method return time=1486479688.577444 sender=:1.1310 -> destination=:1.1313 serial=7 reply_serial=2
   array [

      ...
      object path "/org/freedesktop/sssd/infopipe/Users/example_2ecom/950600999"
