For some setups, it would be beneficial to be able to use pam_echo to provide instructive output to users in pam stacks proxied by sssd. To do this, sssd must be enhanced to collect stdout/stderr from the proxied pam stack, the interface between sssd and pam_sss must be enhanced to transmit this text, and pam_sss must be enhanced to output the stdout/stderr streams collected from sssd. pam_sss should also be enhanced to support this output being enabled/disabled.
