#2890 revisit header files and check for missing includes
Closed: wontfix 4 years ago by pbrezina. Opened 8 years ago by pbrezina.

Some header files are missing includes that makes them depend them on the order in which they are included. We should revisit all header files and check that they contain #includes for all symbols they use.

This is a fair comment, but it's not realistic to fix all the headers in one go. Therefore, I'm deferring the ticket and let's fix the headers as we inspect the source files.

We should keep the ticket open as a reminder we know about the issue.
