#2722 Missing config options in gentoo init script
Closed: Fixed None Opened 8 years ago by tgates81.

In the Gentoo init script src/sysv/gentoo/sssd.in, the variable SSSD_OPTIONS is not being called but is defined by Gentoo in conf.d/sssd (attached). The package maintainer has asked if this could be changed upstream. Please see https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=553678 for more details.

Thank you for opening the ticket, can you send the patch to sssd-devel?

If not, I can do that as well, but sending the patch is more friendly to other developers.

The patch looks OK to me by visual inspection. I don't have a gentoo machine around to test, but LGTM.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean so yes, please do so. You may CC me if you like. Thank you.

I would like to format the patch properly -- can you either attach git-formatted version or just say here (or mail to my nick at redhat dot com) your name and mail address so I can include those in the patch?

thanks!
