#2701 Kerberos-based providers other than krb5 do not queue requests

Only the krb5 provider adds requests to queue before running them. The other Kerberos-based authentication providers just call krb5_auth_send directly, which means concurrent requests might step on one another if two krb5_child processes for the same user end up running concurrently.
