Since the systemd-login patches have been added the tests fail in su/sudo login session because systemd-login is not invoked and a session is not established.
For now we will always fallback to the old method unless the systemd-login code returns a positive answer. The impact is not high as thanks to #2053 we will calling this code a lot less if the old and new ccnames do not differ.
