If the same server is entered into both the primary and the secondary list, we must only add it to the primary.
We should also investigate if adding the SRV support in the list of backup servers would be easy to implement and if not, amend the manual pages so that they clearly state that SRV resolution is only allowed in the primary list (and that the code follows the docs).

We ended up only fixing the SRV support in 1.9 RC. It turned out that the duplicate detection is not broken just when processing backup servers, but in general. The patch requires more thought, so we split that part inot a new ticket #1472.
