Right now, enumeration is a pure boolean. Either all supported maps are enumerated, or none are.
As we expand the set of maps we support to include services, ethers, etc. we need to consider that some deployments may need to be able to enumerate one set of maps but not all of them (for performance reasons).
We should add options for each map to enable enumeration. If the global 'enumerate = True', then all maps will have enumeration enabled (for backwards-compatibility).
Options should be consistent as {{{enumerate_users}}}, {{{enumerate_services}}}, etc.
