Hi, the new versions of perl-XML-TreeBuilder (3.09-11) breaks the shipped version of publican (0.37), however publican 0.38 can't be built without perl-XML-TreeBuilder >= 3.09-11.

I have built perl-XML-TreeBuilder-3.09-11.fc9 in koji and would like it pushed in to the built root so I can build publican-0.38 and push them both in the same update.

This was bought about by the fix for BZ #461557.
