The update https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-c5afb50d8a submitted for Fedora 24 testing has been in pending state for 5 days and has not been pushed. During these days there have been several successful mashes of fedora-24-updates-testing, and other updates submitted to this repo after this update have already been pushed.
There has been issues getting the ostree repo updated and as such no updates have gone out. It was announced on devel list and work is ongoing to fix it.
I think we are talking about different things.
The update in question says: "This update has been submitted for testing by ellert" at 2016-09-07 14:37:29 (UTC).
It is then stuck there.
Compare to the following update (also for F24): https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2016-dffba256d8
This says: "This update has been submitted for testing by ellert" at 2016-09-11 08:06:29 (UTC)
Which is many days later than the one that is stuck. This update already says:
"This update has been pushed to testing." at 2016-09-12 08:25:13 (UTC)
Yes, I think I have tracked this down and the update should be in the current push I just started.
This appears fixed to me. Please reopen or file a new ticket if you still see any issues.
