You managed to hit the exact window during the mass-branching in between: "creating the branch for all the packages" and "sync all the ACLs from master to the new branch" :)

So granting people ACLs on f25 during the mass-branching is actually breaking it.

I have thus removed them and I am re-granting them based on the ACLs in master.

This means, we should seriously consider stopping pkgdb's web-server during mass-branching next time.

Should I stop processing the pkgdb-admin queue?

Thanks to gil messing with f25 ACLs it almost failed another time, but I could clean it up before the query finished and it looks like f25 is now all good to go :)
