I mentioned the intent to request these on devel@fpo list a while ago, and nicely already got it un-retired for rawhide. However, I intended to request it also for F24. The response from Till Maas suggested this this trac as a way to request un-retirements, so I thought I should use it now.

Milkytracker was basically in reasonably good shape for getting shipped for F24, so I think it would be nice to have it there, too. So basically I'd wish to have rtmidi and milkytracker un-retired and assigned to me in both F24 and Rawhide.
