I'm doing so cleanup and attempting to make future releases cleaner and easier to test in collaboration.
Can you please delete the oc8 branch in dist-git (as it's long since irrelevant) and provide a private-owncloud-next branch we can use for working on the upcoming major releases together, without risking rawhide for current major version updates.

you can make your own branches as you need so long as they do not clash with the policy for release naming, however we are unable to delete any branches at this time.
