kde-sig will soon begin work on bringing kde frameworks 5 to epel7, and doing so would be much easier (avoiding ~40 manual overrides) if we had a build target, similar to fedora's f23-kde, to make it happen.

should do the trick, which I can run, if that looks right and there are no objections.
epel7-kde target has been added. please let us know when it is no longer needed.
