It should therefore be retired from EPEL 7:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/libsrtp/
https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/repo/json/pkg_el7.json is our canonical source for what is in rhel that we use, i confirmed it is there and have retired libsrtp in epel7
