Builds of potrace-1.31-1.{fc21,el6} got hit by the problems with full filesystems some time ago, and got stuck in the twilight zone.
The packages don't show as have been built succesfully, but they can't be rebuilt, either. The builds are succesful, but the task dies with
Error importing archive file, /mnt/koji/packages/potrace/1.13/1.fc21/src/potrace-1.13-1.fc21.src.rpm already exists

Just bump the release 1 and rebuild...
