Task #6265 has now been unassigned for one month.
So here is a new task: Find someone that has sufficient permissions and knowledge to fix the issue and assign the task to this person.
The solution to a task that hasn't had the attention you think it deserves is NOT to open another task. The solution IS to go and ask about the status of it on #fedora-releng. Also be aware that there is timezones and weekends etc when doing so and as a result please don't run and dump.
A one month delay can be blamed on timezones, really?
If the only other option is to use IRC, then filing a second ticket is actually a reasonable alternative. Requesting that you should be contacted on IRC without offering an alternative is a great way to alienate those that need to get in touch with you.
