In addition to F23/24, also make it available for epel7 branch.
Why is this request "invalid"? I am a package maintainer, and will maintain python-qpid and perl-qpid packages.
Irina, I think it's simply that this ticket isn't necessary; the packages will be unretired as part of the request when they pass review.

The re-review needs to be finished before the package can be unblocked. Therefore nothing can be done by release engineering currently and the request is invalid. Please un-block it.
In which branches do you want it unblocked? I noticed that it is also unretired in F23, EPEL5 and EPEL6 but blocked. However, it is part of rhel-i386-server-6,rhel-ppc64-server-6,rhel-x86_64-server-6 therefore it should be retired in EPEL 6 as far as I can see.
Please unblock rawhide/F24, F23 and epel7.
python-qpid is now unblocked for f23, it was already unblocked for epel7. I retired it for el6 and el5, since it was already blocked and the dead.package file was not removed.
