It appears that kernel-4.0.4-301.fc22 was overwritten by kernel-4.0.4-300.fc22 during the final push.
kernel-4.0.4-300.fc22 suffers from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1223332 and should be replaced in the updates repo before the release.
That kernel was pulled into the last RC... so it's in the final base "Everything" (and products trees):
