there seem to be 2 issues after F-21 GA (or maybe since F-21 branching) - packages are not being unblocked for f22 when they exist, but are blocked for f<=21, see eg. perl-Module-CoreList - the content of f21-updates/f21-updates-testing tags is not being synced and sync-tagged-primary.py needs to be run manually
probably a matter of updating the configs for the scripts run
