Currently ghc is broken in Rawhide ARM due to the introduction of llvm-3.5. To fix this I have created an llvm34 package which is now in f22.

In order to get ghc working again on F22 armv7hl I think I need to rebuild it with llvm-3.4, so I would like to have a f22-build koji tag in which I can build ghc with llvm-3.4 and llvm34.
Once ghc is working with llvm34 we can tag it into f22 and we should be done, so this should just be a short-lived build root tag.
I think I may have a workaround to build ghc with llvm34, so I probably don't need the build tag after all. But if I should I will reopen this ticket.
