This was right around the time I was migrating the database, so it smells like it's related.

However, I tried to be very carefull and stop all db access/dump/restore.

Could be this job started when the db was up but before getting far enough to report buildroot the db was down?

At the meeting we have decided to rebuild all effected packages

lets start collecting the detailed info here

We decided at todays meeting to just close this, affected builds long since have newer builds and it's not worth the effort to try and track these down and rebuild them.
