Hi,

perl-Time-modules has been renamed to perl-Time-ParseDate, and thus it needs to be blocked from the EL5 repo. See RHBZ#1067003 for details.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to properly retire perl-Time-modules from EL5, because the master branch was already retired at the time I tried, and thus I wasn't able to push to the el5 branch.
