This package is marked as retired in pkgdb for every branch and deprecated by upstream [1]. However, it is not retired in git, nor it is blocked from release.

There is deltacloud-core, which depends on the rubygem-clouservers, but it is broken by another missing dependencies anyway, so it will not be any additional damage IMO.

Could you please retire the package correctly? F21+ will should be ok.
