#5849 Fix for nautilus-python packaging/build problem
Closed: Invalid None Opened 10 years ago by mlipp.

I'm not sure this is the right place, couldn't find a better one, though.

Package nautilus-python had a build/packaging problem in F20, so F19 version is currently in the repos but it doesn't really work. Changelog in spec-file says that nobody besides the release-engineering team touched it since 2012, that's why I am addressing you.

I have provided a fix for the problem (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1046899) and although there aren't many people subscribed to the issue, I'm sure many would be happy to get this package going again.

I guess the best place to report these kind of issues is the devel mailing list.
The procedure for this kind of issues is the following:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers

Please consider starting the procedure to get a responsive maintainer for the package or become it yourself.

Nevertheless, I rebuilt the package for you, please report back at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nautilus-python-1.1-6.fc20 whether it works for you. So there is nothing to do for rel-eng here.
