Currently, trying to fedup from F18 to F19 with stable fedora-release and fedup fails, because fedup 0.8 looks for a treeinfo.signed file on the mirrors. This exists for F20, but not for F19, so fedup tries a zillion mirrors, gets 404 on each one, and eventually goes home in a huff.
See last few reports on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1040689 . I've just verified this with a clean F18 install and 'fedup --debug --network 19'.
We need a treeinfo.signed for F19, if possible - thanks.

Note that some mirrors may never see it as they only sync release content at release times. Larger mirrors should pick it up however.
