With the removal of perl-bioperl (a dep), it's causing broken deps, see:

Oops, I guess I shouldn't have technically "retired" from f19 as that's a stable release, but I wasn't able to "unretire" via the web interface. In either case it should still be blocked from f19, as it's uninstallable.
It is blocked in f20+. It won't be blocked in f19.
