The python-netaddr has been available in RHEL for a while now, and as such needs to be retired from EPEL6.
I've made the mistake of retiring the package in pkgdb before running the 'fedpkg retire' command as per [1]. Since I'm not a provenpackager I can't go back and undo this, so if you could please do that step I'd appreciate it!
Thanks!

dead.packaged with 042613ce96f999fc49be9f7bb9da3307c257df13 and blocked in dist-6E-epel
Looks like it's completely blocked from buildroot.
python-netaddr is part of RHEL6 and should be available from that repo for buildroots.
this should be fixed after I ran {{{koji unblock-pkg dist-6E-epel-build python-netaddr}}}.
Thank you, Till. I can confirm, this is fixed.
