Based on the #999220 bugzilla, I just retired xmltex package, which is provided by texlive. Filing this ticket based on the https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life step #8 - please block xmltex from the Fedora 20/Rawhide. TIA.
Block jadetex as well... I forgot to file ticket when retiring it ~month ago. I think this can be resolved together.
jadetex and xmltex are both removed from f20 up
