As the title says.
texlive-simplecv provides tex-simplecv, the same project files, so there there is no need to replicate this and so I suggest to retire tex-simplecv both for Fedora 19 and rawhide.
Since I am unfamiliar with this process I hope that this is the right way to proceed here.
