python-liblarch_gtk was spearate from python_liblarch in its previous incarnation but was folded back for the latest release. Now a new python-liblarch_gtk package is built as a subpackage of python-liblarch. I've retired the separate python-liblarch_gtk and asking for it to be blocked from all branches.

blocked from f18 up we have no way to remove packages from stable releases.
