Hello, rel-eng team:

rubygem-ruby-debug on F-18 and above (actually also on F-17) has broken dependency, as this package has dependency for ruby 1.8.x while ruby on F-17+ are 1.9.3. For ruby 1.9.x, this was renamed to rubygem-ruby-debug19, which was already imported into F-17/18 stable and rawhide. rubygem-ruby-debug-base and rubygem-linecache were also renamed similarly, which were also imported into Fedora 19/18stable/17stable.
Upgrade path among these packages should work without problem.

So please block the following packages on F-18 and rawhide (if possible also on F-17), thank you.
