Could you please sort it out?
I also would suggest doing a quick audit of f-updates-testing to make sure that there are not other builds there actually tagged to f-updates.
This is intentional in my understanding.
When something moves from updates-testing to updates, we keep it in updates-testing for a while to allow hardlinking to work and save mirroring bw.
If you'll see its not in updates-testing now. ;)
