I tried to build python-django-dajaxice package. The package doesn't explicitly require any kernel-headers.
I've tried it twice and the both runs finished with the same result.

i did "fedpkg clone python-django-dajaxice; cd python-django-dajaxice; git checkout el6; fedpkg build" build completed fine.
FYI, these problems usually happen where there is a new errata out, our build repo has synced the new package(s), but koji hasn't yet run a newrepo task to update the repo, so it's looking for the old package that no longer exists.
When this happens you can just wait an hour or so and retry and it should work.
