Xavier (laxathom) wanted to retire python-sqlite2 in time for F17. Since that required some coordination with other maintainers and a little bit of python coding, I told him that I would take care of the retirement when I had taken care of all the dependent packages.

The last two packages (plague[1] and synce-sync-engine[2]) have been rebuilt today. So python-sqlite2 can now be blocked in f17 and rawhide.
