May be I should better say: Would you please untag rubygem-oniguruma-1.1.0-4.fc15 from the rawhide and F-17 tree.

I get emails about broken dependencies for this both trees like:

rubygem-oniguruma has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
rubygem-oniguruma-1.1.0-4.fc15.x86_64 requires ruby(abi) = 0:1.8
rubygem-oniguruma-1.1.0-4.fc15.x86_64 requires libruby.so.1.8()(64bit)
On i386:
rubygem-oniguruma-1.1.0-4.fc15.i686 requires ruby(abi) = 0:1.8
rubygem-oniguruma-1.1.0-4.fc15.i686 requires libruby.so.1.8
Please resolve this as soon as possible.

blocking will effectively remove it from the collection too. Sounds like you did say it was retired, so blocking is still the correct thing in that case. right?

Was it really blocked? Since I've been nagged about broken dependencies at 29th of February by Rawhide as well as F17.
