The tzdata-java-2011h-1.el5 rpm seems to be missing from koji build repo. I have gotten the following error in my koji scratch build for EPEL 5:

DEBUG util.py:247: Error Downloading Packages: DEBUG util.py:247: tzdata-java-2011h-1.el5.x86_64: failed to retrieve tzdata-java-2011h-1.el5.x86_64.rpm from build DEBUG util.py:247: error was [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404" DEBUG util.py:320: Child returncode was: 1
The i386 build gave the same error but for the i386 version of the same rpm.
I tried submitting the build twice and got the same problem both times.

When: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3311577 finishes things should be back to normal and you can resubmit your build.

Thank you - EPEL 5 is working now. But - I now got the same problem on EPEL 4:
