For the /usr-move ( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/UsrMove ) we request a F17/rawhide tag to build the packages and retag them afterwards, if all succeeds.
all set, use
fedpkg build --target f17-usrmove
to build, let us know when your ready to get it merged into rawhide
