I can connect to other servers, push koji builds, and I also can connect to pkgs.fedoraproject.org from different location (home).
What ip address are you coming from? You likely are added to denyhosts.

Is there any reason why it wass added to denyhost?
You made a number of connection attempts before you were sponsored on the 10th. Since you weren't sponsored, your account didn't yet exist on that machine and denyhosts blocked the ip for too many attempts.
I have cleared it out, so it should work now. Please re-open if you need anything further.
