Can you please block perl-Verilog on F-15, F-16, EPEL-6 and EPEL-4 from the collections as it was replaced by perl-Verilog-Perl?

we can not block a package from an actively maintained distro since the package is already out there and there is no way to remove a package from a release once its out. blocked from rawhide
