I have approved two packages for Fedora in bugzilla, rubygem-idn and rubygem-addressable but am not able to select '+' as an option for the fedora-review field. This has worked for me in the past and I was wondering if anything was changed / broken and if anything had to be done to resolve this.

How does it not work exactly? Does '+' not appear as an option, or you get some sort of error, or something else?
The '+' does not appear whatsoever. Just the default blank option and the '?'
Are you logged into bugzilla with the exact same email address as your fas account has? Fas only knows to give bugzilla permissions to accounts based on fas email.
Ah good point. I forgot that I had changed my FAS email address not too long ago. Changed it back for the time being.
