#4970 old-style "yum-cron" is retired from EPEL-6

In current versions of yum, the "yum-cron" package has been subsumed into the main "yum" package. The new yum has shown up in EL6, so the old, separate package in EPEL-6 has been retired, and needs to be blocked from EPEL-6. Note that yum makes a subpackage "yum-cron", but that's now in the main EL6 spin.
