I believe provenpackagers should be able to do buildroot overrides.

I have rebuilt octave-struct (not my package) against Octave 3.4.2, and now I would like to tag the recompiled package in the buildroot. But I get the error

$ bodhi --username=jussilehtola -o octave-struct-1.0.9-5.fc16 -N "Override to build related packages."
Error: You do not have commit privileges to octave-struct
