please remove/retire system-config-vsftpd from F16/Rawhide. Maros Barabas - the upstream and Fedora maintainer left Red Hat and he is no longer available on the FAS email. In addition - system-config-vsftpd itself is "broken and needs complete rewrite" from his own words ... I think it would be better to remove this package from Fedora completely.
Dan Horak already did the fedpkg retire but we can't retire it in fedora package database ourselves.
