aspell-pl package is orphaned in fedora 16. this is because apell-pl was deprecated in fedora devel by mistake.
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/aspell-pl its not retired so you can take ownership of it yourself at the url i pasted.
