Please un-retire ''perl-Business-!CreditCard'' package in rawhide and f16.
I inherited the package and I think the package can be vivified because it compiles and runs in F17 and F16 in contrast to content of dead.package. I did not find any bug reports in Bugzilla either.
(I'm not sure about retirement status in F16 as it becomes un-retirable after branching through pkgdb.)

I was not aware about this procedure as I thought the package has been deprecated by a mistake as mass clean-up before branching new distribution release.
